Step 1 – Tell us about your trip

Start by telling us about your travel plans. We’ll ask about your destination, travel dates, itinerary and the type of support you’re looking for. No commitment is required at this stage – the first conversation simply helps us understand how we can better support your journey.

Step 2 – We prepare your plan and quote

Based on the information you provide, we’ll prepare a personalized travel support plan along with a quotation. Your proposal will clearly outline the travel support itinerary, the scope of the service and the total cost. You’ll have the opportunity to review everything before making any decision.

Step 3 – Confirming your booking

Once you are happy with your proposal, you can confirm your booking with a 50% deposit. The deposit is what lets us hold your companion’s time exclusively for your travel dates – from that point the dates are yours and we begin preparing every detail. If your travel dates need to change, we’ll always do our best to transfer your booking to new dates in accordance with our terms of use.

Step 4 – Final trip confirmation

Before your arrival, we’ll review every detail together. We’ll confirm your itinerary, meeting point, travel schedule and any final arrangements so that you know exactly what to expect before your journey begins. From this point onward, you’ll have one dedicated point of contact before and throughout your stay in Greece.
